Long time, no post!

Oops. Bad Kate. What can I say?! I have been distracted by the horror of learning to drive and have signed up for one of those intensive driving course thingymejigs! I now feel like I don't do anything other than sit in a car, stalling and wailing! Meeps and wibbles.

Anyways, to make up for my absence here is a nice piccie of a few bits and pieces I have managed to make when I've had a spare five minutes...
I was asked to make the Russian doll with a black, red and white theme and I'm pretty pleased with how she turned out. She is most definitely a major improvement on previous versions which, for reasons that elude me, have mostly turned out with square-shaped heads. Strange...

Fairy tales and, er, German postage stamps...

The above are postage stamps from the Bundesrepublik Deutschland, you can find more beautiful  fairytale scenes and other images here (kindly scanned in by a mysterious fellow by the name of NobbiP), dating between 1948 and 2008. Random, but lovely!
